Frequently asked questions

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after shipment for the tracking details to become active. Can't find the email? Just contact us at support@solas-living.com with your order number, and our team will be happy to help.

What is the delivery time?

Orders within Ireland typically arrive in 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location and current shipping volumes. As soon as your order is confirmed and on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery at any time.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, standard shipping is free anywhere in Ireland. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay, with no hidden fees or surprise charges when your order arrives.

What promotions and offers do you have for multiple purchases?

Yes! Our multi-unit bundles come with special discounts, so you save more on every product. Plus, when you join our mailing list, you may get early access to exclusive deals and limited-time offers.

What if my tracking number does not show updates?

Sometimes tracking can pause for a few days while your package moves between logistics centres. This is completely normal, and updates usually pick up again once it reaches the next distribution point. If your tracking hasn't changed for more than 7 days, just get in touch with our support team at support@solas-living.com and we'll look into it and sort it out for you as quickly as possible.

How do I reach customer support?

You can reach us at any time at support@solas-living.com or through the contact form on our website. Our support team typically replies within 8 to 24 business hours and is always happy to help with any questions or requests.

What is Solas Living's return policy?

Your satisfaction matters to us. If anything isn't right with your order, just contact our support team at support@solas-living.com within 60 days of delivery and we'll look into it for you. Depending on your situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit or other help to make things right. For full details, please see our return and refund policy on our website.
