Withdrawal Form

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 60 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is longer than the 14-day minimum under EU law. To withdraw, click “Withdraw contract” below and enter your name, email address and order number, or send a clear statement of withdrawal to support@solas-living.com. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay. We will refund all payments received for the order, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. We may hold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products such as supplements, teas and drinks cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.
